Rules quite simple decorate a real tree with real roots in a Christmas theme ( I add this because my previous entries of a mug tree and another year when my scorched branch caused by the lights catching fire prior to the meeting) have both been disqualified by more picky members.

Good to see that members make a real effort with nice artistic touches mine excluded, I have added in just a few more images of the trees.

The tree with the most votes wins the Hank Yarde Trophy.

Along with the tree competition we have a fun quiz again with a Christmas theme, many thanks to Adrian for compiling the questions and to travel up to be the quiz master.

I would also like to thank everyone who brought in food and crackers and for turning up so close to Christmas.
