Now Clive & I have been on holiday & Clive has had his BIG birthday celebrations its now time to get back to normallity! & try to catch up on all the news etc.

The June meeting at North Bradley was brilliant! I dont remember why but we were a bit late getting there & we were amazed to find the car park almost full.I think there were 11 members working on trees which was a good test of the hall for the Saturday workshop with Lee.
Everyone was busy working on their trees & I especially noted Clive H,s tree-it was the one he had brought into a Chris Thomas workshop,the one most people thought he couldnt do any thing with but now it doesnt look anything like what he brought in that day, now its been styled & it looks good.Shame I forgot to take my camara.
Last month we were asked by Derek to put on a display at the catcus show in Melksham.It seemed strange not to have to drive far
The assembly rooms have a large main hall & it wasnt long before the whole room was full of plants in the compititon with their club sales & as well as our display they had the alpine society from Westbury.All day people were coming & going & thanks to Tony O,Grahame & Lesley for coming along to support the club,also Paul chairman of the Swindon club & his wife.I thought it was a very nice day & thanks to Derek for inviting us.
